Sanchit Smriti is predominantly a community based, volunteer-powered organization. While we have received grants on specific projects through the Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India, National Archives, and Sangeet Natak Akademi, we do not receive any recurring grants from Indian government or a private agency to maintain our office. We rely on the support of friends like you to support our mission and vision.

We are grateful to our founder Dr. Sharad Nagar for fulfilling his father’s dream and establishing Amritlal Nagar Museum and Archives and designating an office space for Sanchit Smriti in his house; Mrs. Vibha Nagar, Managing Trustee and her family for their in-kind and financial support; our Treasurer, Ms. Mehru Jaffer and her family for their generous support and donations to the education and health programs; Drs. Achala Nagar and Sharad Nagar for helping us create a corpus fund for Pratibha Jan Kalyan Nidhi to support the emergency expenses for the health and education of those in need.

Amritlal Nagar Archives is being maintained through a corpus fund established through the royalties of Amritlal Nagar, Dr. Sharad Nagar and through the generous support of Vibha, Richa, Deeksha and Pracheta Nagar.

Our Education Scholarships are being funded through Friends of Sanchit Smriti. We thank Mr. Mohit Kumar for instituting Dr. Meeta Saxena Memorial Scholarship, Ms. Mehru Jaffer for S.M. Jaffar Memorial Fellowship, Mr. Niraj Chowdhary for Nirali College Fellowship, Prof. Richa Nagar for Dr. Sharad Nagar Memorial Scholarship and Mrs. Vibha Nagar for Shashikala Vyas Memorial Scholarship.
